Grayson Garrick

Grayson Garrick hails from the not-so-small town of Lexington, South Carolina, where his love for storytelling was sparked through school and community theater.
He is an alumnus of the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, having specialized in drama. Grayson then pursued Theater and Journalism at the University of South Carolina. However, after his freshman year, he took a gap year to explore his true passions. This gap year extended into eight years, during which he worked in various roles within the service industry, including as a waiter, bartender, credit union teller, and front-of-house manager at a brewery.

Realizing his desire to be a screenwriter, Grayson returned to USC in Fall 2020, this time as a Media Arts major. His experiences in the service industry have enriched his storytelling with unique characters and narratives.
Currently, Grayson resides in Wilmington, NC, completing an internship as a production assistant on an Amazon Prime series. He is on track to graduate in December 2024.
