Below, l to r, dim-witted Wally, svelte and smart Heidi, and muscular Frank work for Oscar, their powerful criminal leader (although he is bossed around by his formidable wife at home!). Oscar hopes to please General Baldy and be promoted to as to escape the tough streets into a cushy desk job.
